The Role:
Working Monday - Friday
Clean and tidy portfolio based in the St George Area, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to daily, complete:
* Manage a portfolio of around 200 properties
* Lots of support
* No end of month
* Leasing consultant & juniors for assistance
* Sending out notices to tenants
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Communicating with owners and tenants
* Managing rental arrears
* Negotiating lease renewals
* Open homes as required
* Routine inspections
* Outgoing inspections
* Maintenance requests
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Issuing breach notices as required
The Candidate:
The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this role will be keen, eager and ready to take the next step in their career! We are seeking a motivated and determined Property Manager with:
• A Current Certificate of Registration
• Own car & drivers license
• Previous Property Management Experience
• Excellent presentation & Communication skills
• Strong Knowledge of the Residential Act
