**What you'll do**:
As a BWS Area Manager you will love seeing your people grow! You will bring an inspirational leadership style coupled with attention to detail diving into Area results to identify opportunities for improvement.
As an Area manager, you'll deliver the BWS strategy by coaching and motivating a team of Store CEO's spanning multi sites as well as being an integral part of implementing BWS operational plans within the State and Area to guide & ensure delivery of the overall business strategy, while identifying and developing talent to build a pipeline for the future.
Working closely with National and State Operations Teams, the Area Manager/Coach will regularly travel both within your Area of responsibility and as part of the State Operations team
In this exciting multi-site leadership role, you'll be:
- Leading, coaching and inspiring your team to deliver our vision of creating the ultimate drinks experiences.
- Communicating clear direction, strategy, goals and expectations, developing an inclusive, positive team culture
- Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to enhance customer experiences along with looking for ways to do things simpler for your teams.
- Role modelling working horizontally as an Area Manager, sharing learnings, solving business problems and best practice to improve team and customer experiences.
