**What can you expect?**
The Production Applications team is part of the broader Investment Services team that supports Pacific Global Investment Implementation Services.
**What's in it for you?**
The Production Applications Analyst works closely with other members of the Production team, members of the broader Operations and DS teams, and external service providers.
**We will count on you to**:
- Investigate and resolve/escalate issues relating to processes, data and/or reporting
- Assist users with queries in relation to daily data and processing queries
**Project Management and Implementation**
- Business analysis of processes and reports
- Prepare specifications in consultation with colleagues and users
- Assist with UAT activities and compilation of Test Completion Reports
- Assist with the implementation of projects
**What you need to have**:
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Diligent and conscientious approach to work
- Solutions focussed with strong problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to manage multiple workflows to meet both internal and client deadlines;
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
**What makes you stand out**:
- Previous experience in the Finance industry and Funds Management environment
- Exposure to multi-manager structures
- Knowledge of Milestone Group pQuant and pControl
- Experience in project implementation
