$110,000 plus Super plus Salary Packaging ($130,000 package equivalent)

The Payroll Operations Manager manages the payroll team and function
to ensure accurate, timely and compliant delivery of payroll. The role is
hands-on requiring technical knowledge of all areas of payroll
processing and the management of escalations from payroll team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Co-ordinate daily payroll tasks as well as running the
month end processes and reporting
- Provide support and training in all areas of payroll
- Oversee two alternate fortnightly payroll processing
function
- Check and reconcile payrolls
- Checking of payroll data and contracts
- Co-ordinate terminations pay details and employee
termination checklist
- Administer fortnightly payroll deductions (unions, child
support, garnishees, social club, salary packaging,
etc.) and fortnightly returns (superannuation)
**About you**:
- Experience leading a small team
- Extensive payroll experience managing large complex payroll
- Working knowledge of IChris, Kronos, ADP and Carelink (an
advantage)
