Job Description
As a ServiceNow Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT) Architect, you will bridge business strategy and technical execution, designing scalable and automated order fulfilment solutions across complex telco environments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing product, service, and resource order models, including decomposition and orchestration
* Architecting and implementing ServiceNow OMT in line with TSM best practices
* Integrating OMT with Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI) and Field Service Management (FSM), including automated work order creation
* Aligning service specifications with Change Models and downstream fulfilment activities
* Designing and governing decision tables, workflows, and automation for order fulfilment
* Applying CSDM‐aligned data models to support scalable integration and reporting
* Leading architectural decisions, including domain separation and scoped application design
* Supporting orchestration and integration using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and tooling such as Itential
* Providing architectural governance, managing technical debt, and ensuring platform compliance
The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced ServiceNow architect with strong telecommunications domain expertise and a passion for clean, scalable design.
Mandatory experience
* Proven hands‐on experience with ServiceNow OMT implementations
* Strong knowledge of TNI and FSM within a telco context
* Experience in product catalogue and service specification modelling
* Solid understanding of CSDM and ServiceNow architectural best practices
* Integration experience using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs
* Experience designing scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform
Nice to have:
* TM Forum (TMF) API knowledge
* Experience with Itential or similar orchestration tools
* A valid working visa for Australia is required
