We are seeking applications for a vibrant Guest Service Agent with exceptional customer service skills to join our Front Desk team within the Club. About the Role Welcoming all members and guests Promote the benefit of membership and the club loyalty program to non-members Accurately process Club memberships Answering all incoming phone calls, including redirection, answering queries and accepting dining bookings as required Provide prompt, friendly, customer focused service to patrons purchasing take-away beverage and mini-mart items available at Fins Cellar About You… You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, willingness to build long-term relationships with our members and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills. To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: Experience in a Reception and/or Front Office environment is essential Exceptional presentation and grooming Ability to communicate with a variety of people Knowledge of club facilities, services, promotional activities and membership procedures Cash handling procedures Experience in operating a PABX telephone system Familiarity with Ticketmaster sales operation is an advantage Strong problem solving abilities Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office products The successful applicant must be available to work across the week with various shifts ranging between the hours of 7.00am and 1.00am.
