Randstad is currently seeking an experienced HR Officer (APS5) to join a high-performing federal government team.
Non-Ongoing | Canberra, ACT | 6 Weeks | Baseline Clearance
Position Description:
- Cover a short-term vacancy with a focus on proficiency in the Aurion software platform.
- Provide a high level of service to employees.
- Work with the Aurion pay services team to ensure payroll functions are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Log tickets in the Aurion platform under limited guidance.
- Assist with a broad range of human resource functions, including terms and conditions, payroll, end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, and performance management administration.
Key Capabilities:
- Customer service and client-facing skills.
- Skills in Aurion payroll management are expected.
- Work experience in pay role services, human resource or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of the APS employment framework.
Position Requirements / Qualifications:
- Baseline Clearance.
- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
