About the role
We're on the lookout for experienced Warehouse Operators to join our Bradford team in Ingleburn. Reporting to the DC Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit logistics crew that prides itself on safety, efficiency, and delivering top-notch customer service.
These are permanent opportunities supporting the Day shift (6am - 2pm) or Afternoon Shift (2pm - 10pm).
No two days are the same - you'll be hands-on with forklift operations, manual handling, and all aspects of warehouse logistics, including:
* Safely loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
* Putting stock away in designated WMS locations
* Picking and assembling customer and STO orders
* Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
* Operating forklifts (counterbalances with various attachments and high reach)
* Using RF scanners and WMS for accurate inventory management
About you
* Current forklift licence - counterbalance & high reach (essential)
* Solid warehouse experience and manual handling capability (up to 30kg)
* RF scanning and WMS experience
* Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy skills
* Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and a team player mindset
* Good safety awareness and hazard identification skills
