eQuality Support seeks an experienced Client Services Manager to lead a regional team in delivering high-quality and efficient disability services. As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for making a positive impact and supporting individuals to live their best lives.

Key responsibilities include working with the Senior Manager of Client Services to review and plan service delivery, supporting staff to perform their roles, managing tasks and responding to critical incidents, coordinating client onboarding, including transition planning and project management, and developing working relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Additionally, you will embed NDIS practices, ensure compliance with relevant legislation and service agreements, and work as part of a rotating on-call roster.
You will thrive in this role if you are a relationship-driven person with experience in a similar management position, preferably in disability or community services sectors. A tertiary qualification in community services or a related discipline is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, personal organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills, and a willingness to be flexible. Reliability, honesty, and integrity are also crucial.
