Senior Manager - Claims (Accident & Health)

We're partnering with a top-tier insurer to appoint a Senior Manager to lead the implementation of a recent product and then build the team that will deliver and manage it.
This is a rare opportunity to challenge the status quo; reshape processes and systems, drive the design and build of a best-in-class, automated solution, and influence the future of a growing Accident & Health portfolio.
You'll work closely with analysts and operational teams, you will design and implement scalable systems and process optimisations to create a highly efficient, automated claims journey. Your focus will be on leveraging advanced tools to uplift the entire customer experience, ensuring swift service from the moment of lodgement to settlement
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge, operational excellence and a passion for innovation, people leadership, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

What you'll bring:
Deep technical expertise in A&H; claims
Proven experience in claims digitisation and automation, particularly for low-value, high-volume claims
Strong ability to define business requirements, lead system reviews and implement new technology
Solid understanding of automation, self-service platforms and AI in claims
Operational leadership with a track record of successful change delivery
Strong leadership skills with 2-3+ years' management experience in a dynamic environment
