About the Role

We are looking for casual aged and disability support workers who have a driver's licence and car to join our rapidly growing team. Shifts are available between Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm, with opportunities for weekend work.

You will be providing assistance at home and in the community, such as:

* Transport
* Shopping
* Personal care
* Companionship
* Meal preparation
* Social and community access
Qualifications

About You

* A genuine passion for providing high quality care to your clients
* Great communication & team work skills
* Flexibility & the ability to adapt to change
* A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability
* Current Driver's licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
* Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Australian Federal Police Check
* NSW Working with Children's Check
* Willing to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs.

The starting hourly rate is from $39 per hour + shift loadings + superannuation.

Ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.
