This is an exciting hands on role where you will work across multiple areas of the business, enhancing the quality of onboarding and training programs, and elevate service delivery to the next level.
Your role:
Design and deliver onboarding, operational, and customer experience training
Develop e-learning, microlearning, and blended learning programs
Implement coaching frameworks for consistent, data-driven feedback
Lead quality assurance across multi-channel interactions
Maintain knowledge management systems and resources
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational excellence
About you:
Experience in training design, quality assurance, or capability development
Qualification in Education, Organisational Development or Workplace Learning & Development Leadership highly regarded but not essential
Customer service experience preferred but not essential
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with LMS and knowledge management platforms
