About the Role
* Welcome members, guests and visitors with a warm, professional and polished approach
* Manage check‐in, check‐out, bookings, enquiries and front desk administration
* Handle payments and maintain accurate records in line with operational procedures
* Promote resort facilities, services and local experiences to enhance the guest stay
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience
* Support the smooth day‐to‐day operation of reception while maintaining presentation and service standards
About You
* Experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality or accommodation
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* Confident managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Strong attention to detail and administration skills
* Flexible, reliable and a team player
* Available to work across a 7‐day roster, including weekends
Experience with a hotel or resort booking system such as OPERA will be highly regarded, as will qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
