Front Office Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our front office, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our guests.
Job Description:
* Lead and manage a high-performing team of duty managers, receptionists, concierges, reservation agents, night auditors, and leisure attendants
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintain a high standard of service by monitoring guest reviews and responding to feedback
* Manage departmental expenditure and budgets
* Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and development
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Front Office Manager in a large 4-5 star hotel or resort
* Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Management
* Cert IV in Frontline Management or Training and Assessment and First Aid Certificate
* A valid Working with Children Check Qld Blue Card
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
