As a Full Stack Developer, you'll play a vital role in developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web application, working with clients across Tech Hub to work in our development teams in a delivery function aimed to build custom built integrations, web applications or mobile applications within our vast community of solvers

What you'll do:
Develop and maintain web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimise performance
What we're looking for:
Proficient in front-end technologies and frameworks, as well as back-end technologies and databases.
Experienced with RESTful APIs and familiar with version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a basic understanding of infrastructure requirements.
Acts as a technical expert providing advice, influencing others, and directly contributing to solutions.
Capable of solving complex work problems using experience, judgement, and established guidelines.
Experienced first-level operational Team Leader responsible for managing team members, prioritizing work annually, and collaborating across multiple teams to achieve results.
