Are you a natural relationship-builder with a strong drive to win new business? We're looking for a proactive and resilient Manager, Commercial Print to help grow our commercial print revenue nationally.
In this role, you'll work closely with Print Production teams across the country to exceed revenue targets, build strong customer relationships, and uncover new market opportunities. If you love sales, thrive on challenge, and aren't afraid of hearing "no," this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
* Turn leads into qualified opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
* Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable print solutions
* Prepare accurate quotes and proposals
* Collaborate with production and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
* Stay across market trends and competitor activity
Who are you?
* Proven sales experience, ideally managing a full sales cycle
* Comfortable with cold calling and generating new business
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Confident negotiator with the ability to close deals
* Highly organised with good time-management skills
* Resilient, persistent, and motivated by targets
* Experience in the print industry is helpful but not essential
