We're growing and looking for a Creative Account Manager to help lead social and content retainer clients from strategy through to execution.
About the Role
As a Creative Account Manager at Covert, you'll be the strategic partner for a portfolio of social and content-led clients. You'll own relationships, guide creative direction, and ensure content across social media and broader brand channels is aligned to real commercial outcomes. You'll work closely with our team of creatives, videographers, editors, designers and performance specialists, to deliver consistent, on-brand content that performs.
What You''ll Be Doing
* Own and manage client relationships, acting as their trusted creative and social advisor
* Lead day-to-day account strategy across social media and content retainers
* Brief and coordinate the creative team across shoots, edits, copy and scheduling
* Run regular client check-ins, content reviews and strategic planning sessions
* Translate content performance data into clear insights tied to business objectives
* Analyse results using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and similar platforms
* Identify growth opportunities through performance analysis, audience insights and trend research
* Ensure clients clearly understand the value and impact of the content being delivered
* Recommend content optimisations, campaign ideas and upsell opportunities

What We''re Looking For
* 4+ years' experience in social media, account management, or content marketing
* Solid understanding of social media platforms and content strategy fundamentals
* Experience briefing and coordinating creative teams (videographers, editors, designers)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to connect creative output to client objectives
* Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just content volume
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable owning client conversations
* Bonus: hands-on experience in social content creation, video editing, or community management
