* Establish and lead the recruitment process from start to finish, driving success through effective management.
* Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and clear expectations.
* Facilitate offers and assist with the onboarding of new employees, fostering a smooth transition into their roles.
* Develop and maintain recruitment systems, interview techniques, and industry best practices, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and methodologies.
* Participate in the Flight Attendant Management team and provide support as needed, collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves direct reports and requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and group interviews.
* Prioritize tasks efficiently, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant experience in recruitment or HR preferred.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
* Able to multitask, adapt to changing circumstances, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
