You're an experienced project leader who delivers better than most. You take pride in ownership, team performance, and raising the standard — not just hitting it.
* Proven project management experience across full life cycles
* Deep network of consultants and contractors to leverage
* Known for your ability to juggle multiple projects without losing pace
* You set the tone on your projects — commercially, technically and culturally
* You mentor by example, lead with intent, and are relentless in driving success
* You're known as a high performer, and you expect the same from your team
* You don't shy away from the work — you get into the detail
* You take full accountability — for wins, lessons, and results
What you'll do Project Delivery
* Lead projects from feasibility to handover
* Dive into delivery detail — from project admin to boardroom updates
* Use your diverse sector experience to elevate project outcomes
* Implement proven tools, processes and systems to enhance capability
Client Management
* Build trusted relationships through outcomes, not promises
* Deliver to contractual and commercial objectives
* Represent project progress and success at Director level
* Ensure clients link you and your team to their project's success
Project Leadership
* Mentor and guide PMs, Coordinators and Admin staff
* Ensure project resourcing is aligned, efficient and proactive
* Maintain team morale and engagement across the delivery cycle
* Report regularly on team capacity and performance
Culture Champion
* Lead by example in standards, work ethic and accountability
* Uplift the performance of your team — no weak links
* Drive outcomes with energy and urgency
* Build a high-performing delivery culture from the front
What you bring
* 5-10 years in the construction industry
* 3-5 years client-side PM consulting experience
* Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management or related
* Current driver's licence and White Card
* An unstoppable attitude: Can do. Must do. Will do.
