The group and it's wider international subsidiaries are planning to be extremely active in their M A activity of Real Estate platforms in Australia and globally, therefore they are looking for a Transactions focused professional to join a high caliber and driven investment team.
Conducting acquisition and deal due diligence will be a prominent part of the role.
Deal flow is not expected to be issue for a well-capitalised international group and the role will also see the successful candidate involved with everything post-closing.
Being a key business partner to internal CFO's, budgeting and some reporting, while also driving key initiatives will make up other aspects of the position.
Ideally the successful candidate will be coming from a Big 4 Transaction services background at some point of their career and it's very important that you have an entrepreneurial nature.
The role will be very self-driven and you need to be comfortable working in a small, growing, high performing team.
This is an opportunity to work on some really high-profile deals and be a key member of an early stage Australian team.
Ideally you will already have some experience across the Commercial Real Estate sector and exposure across multiple asset classes would be advantageous.
While you will have a focus on local Australian transactions, as you become more comfortable, the opportunity to expand the role to focus on other international deals in target regions will absolutely be open to you.
