- Are you a Service Design or CX superstar with 3+ years of team leadership experience? Looking for someone with a track record of shaping CX frameworks and design approaches that wow customers and exceed business targets!
- You'll need to be a communication pro with top-notch facilitation skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. As a coach, you'll inspire CX team members to agree on outcomes and solutions that deliver real impact.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience managing senior stakeholders across multiple projects. Your creative problem-solving and analytical skills will be put to the test as you consider the customer, people, process, and system.
- With data-driven decision-making skills, you'll help this organisation achieve targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional experiences for customers.
