About the role
As part of our HR team, you'll partner closely with leaders to build confident, capable people leadership and high‐performing teams. This is a hands‐on, influential role where you'll shape workforce strategy, support change and bring our values to life through practical, people‐centred solutions.
Key responsibilities
* Partner with leaders on workforce planning, attraction, recruitment, onboarding, performance and succession
* Drive People & Culture workforce strategies that strengthen capability, EVP, engagement and retention
* Ensure compliance with legal, industrial and regulatory obligations—always balancing rigour with compassion
* Provide balanced, confidential and values‐aligned advice while managing organisational risk
* Lead and support grievance investigations and disciplinary processes
About you
* A good sense of humour
* Sound judgement and critical thinking, even in complex situations
* Strong working knowledge of HR practice and employment legislation
* Qualifications and/or experience in HR, OD or a related field
* Empathy, emotional intelligence and a strong sense of fairness
* Agility and resilience in a changing environment
