About the opportunity: This role offers an opportunity to join our Treasury team, which supports our funds management platform across our funds. You will be involved in supporting the management of our $30 billion debt book and associated Treasury risks, building depth and breadth across Treasury operations. What you'll be doing: Debt Administration Review cashflow forecasts and prepare debt rollover recommendations for approval by Fund Managers. Liaise with external banking counterparties and prepare debt facility administration documentation such utilisation notices, selection notices and repayment notices. Management of Hedge Accounting book and associated reporting requirements. Work with Finance and Investment Management including interpretation of debt facility agreements to ensure key reporting requirements are met. Assist with debt facility establishment and amendments including conditions precedent and KYC preparation and document execution. Cash Management Assist the Finance team with cash management and the cashflow forecasting process. Monitoring of liquidity levels including ensure the appropriate funding is in place for upcoming commitments including Treasury settlements. Participate in cash strategy meetings with Finance, Investment Management and Treasury to review forecast assumptions, highlight risks & opportunities and provide feedback on the cashflow forecast process. Derivatives Consult with external banking counterparties to arrange/confirm settlement and rate-setting of derivatives. Preparation of derivative reporting such as valuations, CVA adjustments and interest accruals to assist with internal stakeholder reporting requirements. Treasury Management System – GTreasury Maintaining an accurate system position for Treasury transactions by ensuring timely deal capture within the TMS. Utilise various TMS modules and reports to monitoring workflow processes. Utilise the TMS to deliver Treasury reporting to key internal stakeholders. Treasury Settlements Preparation of supporting documentation for Treasury settlements including collating bank confirmations, rate set notices, utilisation/selection notices and TMS reports. Management of Treasury settlement payments. Monitoring and tracking the progress of Treasury settlements within TMS and Banking system. Sourcing key market rates from Reuters/Bloomberg for valuations and rate-sets. Management of Treasury files and documentation electronically on the secure network directory. Reporting and Analysis Assist with preparation of Treasury reporting for submission to the Board, Investment Committee, and external investors. Assist with internal and external audit processes of Treasury activities including the preparation of debt and derivative bank audit certificates. Review of Treasury journals, including reconciliation of the Treasury System to the GL system. Banking Administration Working closely with account management teams within our banking partners. Bank account setup and management across multiple financial institutions. Delivery of all Know your Customer (KYC) and Common Reporting Standards (CRS) requirements across banking and Treasury. Responsibility in ensuring compliance to all banking regulations, both domestically and with banking partners based overseas. Bank guarantee issuances. Supporting business partners to resolve issues and deliver highest levels of customer satisfaction. Maintenance of the core banking platforms including administering access rights and privileges. Key role in all internal and external audit activities related to bank accounts. Supporting the ongoing management of signatory and payment authorities and adherence to all policies.
