The Opportunity This is an ideal entry point into Commercial Property Management, supporting two experienced senior operators while building your own skillset and confidence. You will initially assist across a busy and well-maintained portfolio, with a clear pathway to take on your own portfolio as you develop. Key responsibilities include: Preparing insurance documentation and general lease administration Managing tenant communication and enquiries Coordinating maintenance and contractor works via Cirrus8 Supporting day-to-day portfolio management activities Assisting with arrears, outgoings and general reporting This is a hands-on, supportive role where you will be mentored closely and given the tools to succeed.
