The Role
As a Registered Nurse at Kolora, you will:
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision across the care team
* Support and guide Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees
* Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
* Drive continuous improvement and uphold excellence in clinical care
About You
Essential Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Strong clinical knowledge of aged care and associated legislation
* Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Empathetic and team-oriented, with a genuine passion for aged care
* Willingness to work across a variety of shifts
Preferred Clinical Background (any of the following):
* Residential Aged Care – delivering holistic, relationship-based care
* Hospital settings – including medical, surgical, or rehab wards
* Primary healthcare – chronic illness and older adult support
