- Salary Circa $108K - $117k + 17% superannuation
- North Ryde location; Hybrid, 12-month fixed term role
- Hospitality, early learning, sport and aquatics, finance, or services industry experience preferred
Reporting to the Lead HRBP, you will work and collaborate closely, to support staff and managers, focusing strongly on workforce planning, case management, culture initiatives and engagement.
Also working closely with the centralised Centres of Expertise (COE), this includes Organisational Development, Remuneration, Employee Relations, WHS and Talent Acquisition in the delivery of specialised services, and with HR Shared Services to ensure timely and efficient execution of HR transactions.
- Specifically the role will:_
1. Contribute to the development and delivery of service and advice, including, programs, tools and innovative best practice solutions that respond to current and future operational needs and priorities, that helps to support Management.
2. Possess a self-motivated approach and a strong ability to support and contribute in building trusted advisor relationships, advise people managers in responding to and resolving issues and managing risks including performance, conduct, complaints and disputes
3. Advise and coach managers on a broad range of people management topics, with an emphasis on creating and sustaining highly engaged, high-performing teams.
4. Supporting the Lead HR Business Partner and specialist HR teams, in the development and implementation of HR activities including workforce planning, talent management and succession planning that integrate with functional strategies.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and projects aimed at improving HR services, procedures and achieving HR and key strategic and operational priorities.
- To be successful in securing this role you will have the below criteria/experience:_
- Extensive experience in case management and supporting people managers in the execution of complex performance management processes
- Ability to interpret and advice on a range of industrial awards & systems
- Experience working with HR frameworks including job design, remuneration, talent and performance management
- Ideally have demonstrated experience delivering HR solutions, advice and support in the retail, childcare or services industry;
- Experience working with specialist HR functions and their contributions to the delivery of functional and strategic HR services;
- Experience providing HR partnering in a complex high volume organisational environment to facilitate high quality and timely human resource initiatives;
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Management or other relevant discipline and/or relevant equivalent experience;
