**What We're Looking For**:
We're searching for a coach who's confident on the gym floor and knows how to lead with both energy and education. You'll need to be:
- Qualified (Cert III in Fitness minimum + First Aid/CPR required)
- Confident in instructing form and providing hands-on technique corrections
- Personable, approachable, and fun
- Comfortable working solo & alongside other trainers
This role is best suited to an experienced coach, but that said, we're open to new trainers with strong potential and a willingness to learn - especially if you've got a solid training background yourself.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Leading structured, high energy training sessions for our members
- Delivering expert coaching, with correct cueing, and regressions and progressions
- Building relationships with members and helping them feel part of something bigger
- Supporting our studio's culture of growth, learning, and positivity

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
