Clearance : Must be able to obtain or hold Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1)
Hours : Maximum 40 per week

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support critical delivery and enhancement projects within a major federal government agency. This hands-on role sits within a high-performing team supporting commercial applications and services, helping deliver integrated, scalable Salesforce solutions across a diverse program landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse business requirements and deliver system enhancements
* Translate designs into functional Salesforce configurations and custom code
* Stay up-to-date with Salesforce developments and implement best practices
* Support QA and release management to ensure quality deliverables
* Produce technical documentation and solution artefacts
* Work closely with solution leads, BAs, testers, and release managers in a collaborative delivery environment
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years in Salesforce development
* Strong capability in:
* Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
* Salesforce configuration: custom Objects, Flows, Permission Sets, Sharing, etc.
* Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Omnistudio
* Version control & CI/CD tooling
* Proven experience in troubleshooting, testing, and deployment
* Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
* Certified Salesforce Administrator
* Must hold or be eligible for NV1 security clearance
Desirable Certifications
* Salesforce Platform Developer II
* Salesforce Omnistudio Developer
