Responsibilities
* Be the first face the customer sees as they enter the branch and welcome them with a warm greeting
* Ensure all hardware deliveries are put away and shelves are fully stocked
* Serving customers and ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience
* Processing sales and putting quotes together for customers
* Clean the hardware area and counter, ensuring it is neat and tidy at all times
Qualifications
* A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships
* Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
* An ability to undertake physical tasks safely
* Strong communication, relationship building and problem solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player
