The Role:
We are currently seeking several Customer Service Representatives for casual positions supporting our operations across depots in Mitchell, Symonston, and Hume.
These roles offer variety and flexibility, with shifts available across different locations. The successful candidates will be trained in operations at all depots, gaining exposure to both sales and administration functions. Weekend availability is essential.
You will be reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and working across a range of locations, with full training provided at each site.
Shift Availability:
- Mitchell Depot – Work in a small sales floor environment assisting customers with landscaping supplies, exterior pots, and interior accessories.
Shifts available: Thursday – Saturday 7am–5pm, Sunday 10am–4pm
- Symonston Depot – Support customers via the weighbridge in a fast-paced team, selling a large range of landscaping supplies (soils, mulches, sands, gravels, and more).
Shifts available: Sunday 9am–3pm, with occasional Saturday and midweek shifts
- Hume Depot (Head Office) – Provide office-based support, including taking delivery orders over the phone, email, and online, plus general admin tasks.
Shifts available: Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with sales and product enquiries
- Taking delivery orders via phone, email, and website
- Delivering exceptional service both in-person and over the phone
- Supporting depot operations and administration as required
- Working collaboratively with sales and admin teams across multiple sites

The successful candidate will be:

- Communicative – Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organised & Efficient – Able to multitask and manage priorities
- Flexible – Willing to work across different depots and shift types
- Team-Oriented – Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Customer service experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
A current driver licence is required.
