Administrative Support Professional
Serving as the key administrative liaison, you will facilitate interactions between various units, hospital, university, patients, and external agencies.
About the Role:
* Maintaining up-to-date filing systems, attending to communications, equipment maintenance, mail opening and distribution.
* Arranging Medical Staff appointments and Registrars' rotations in conjunction with Human resources and Trainee Medical Officer Unit.
* Providing a confidential and professional support service including correspondence, medico-legal reports and patient letters.
About You:
* Possess drive and initiative to further educate and learn within the role.
* Possess a high level of organisational and communication (written and verbal) skills.
* High level of typing skills (50-60 wpm) and able to perform accurate data entry.
* Demonstrated use of Microsoft Office products.
* Previous experience in providing a confidential secretarial, typing and reception service.
* Experience in customer service role and in general administrative activities.
