How You Can Play a Part
Reporting to the Membership Sales Manager and working within the Clubs Membership & Ticketing Team, the purpose of the Membership Officer is to provide outstanding Member experience through:
* Answering and directing incoming & outgoing calls and emails, striving to provide exceptional customer service above member expectations
* Managing Member enquiries while bringing a sales focus to each interaction
* Proactively pursuing sales & upgrade opportunities
* Processing new memberships
* Ensuring accurate and detailed record‐keeping of all customer interactions
* Confidently communicating and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
* Effectively overcoming objections using clear communication and solution‐focused strategies
* Updating and maintaining databases
* Meeting individual and team KPI's
* Additional ad‐hoc tasks as required

To be considered
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
* Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a similar role (customer service & sales)
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* High levels of attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
* A passion for customer service with the ability to navigate challenging conversations and support Members from a wide‐ranging demographic
* Ability to meet performance targets in a fast‐paced, challenging environment
