As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and account expansion. You will be responsible for acquiring new strategic customers while nurturing existing relationships to maximise revenue. Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 strategic customers
* Identify, target, and win new strategic customers
* Develop and execute sales strategies to build a pipeline of new business opportunities
* Sell solutions into new prospect accounts by working closely with internal stakeholders
* Build multi-level relationships across strategic accounts, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring outstanding customer outcomes
* Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within accounts to drive revenue growth
* Work with internal stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive solutions for customers
Requirements and Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in sales or account management, specialising in telecommunications or cloud services
* High-performer with a track record of exceptional sales results
* Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities, with the capability to develop relationships at all levels
* Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or TAS, and a solid understanding of technical solutions
