We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to build and release scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Your main focus will be on delivering fully integrated solutions that streamline business processes, improve decision-making, and optimize operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that solutions are released on time and fit seamlessly into the business's existing systems, including SharePoint, Azure, and SQL databases. You'll be responsible for:Custom Power Apps development: build, deploy, and release tailored Power Apps solutions that improve business workflows and user experiences. Ensure that applications are easy to use, reliable, and scalable.Automating business processes: implement Power Automate to create efficient, automated workflows that simplify operations and eliminate bottlenecks across multiple systems.Power BI reporting: design and release Power BI dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making. Ensure data is reliable, actionable, and easily accessible to stakeholders.Data integration and management: seamlessly integrate data from SharePoint, Azure Data Lake, and SQL into Power Apps and Power BI, ensuring that data is accurate and up to date for reporting and automation.Solution deployment: take ownership of delivering solutions, ensuring that all applications and workflows are deployed on time, fully functional, and fit for purpose.Post-release support: provide ongoing support and improvements for released solutions, ensuring they continue to meet business needs and remain efficient after deployment. You'll need to have:Power Platform expertise: minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing and delivering Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions. Proven track record of releasing scalable, real-world solutions that drive business improvements.Data integration skills: extensive experience in integrating data from multiple sources such as SharePoint, SQL, Azure Data Lake, and other cloud-based solutions into Power Platform applications.Data modelling: proficiency in data modelling and transformation in Power BI using Power Query and DAX, ensuring reports and dashboards provide meaningful insights for decision-makers.Experience with automation: practical experience building automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating data, services, and APIs for efficient operations.Deployment and release: demonstrated experience in the deployment and release of production-ready applications, ensuring high performance and meeting business timelines.Problem-solving: ability to independently troubleshoot, optimize, and improve solutions, ensuring business continuity post-deployment.Agile familiarity: familiar with Agile development practices, including sprint planning and iterative feedback loops.Business acumen: strong understanding of business processes and how Power Platform solutions can optimize operations and support organizational goals. You'll also have:SQL proficiency: knowledge of SQL Server and experience managing and querying data for Power Platform applications.Azure familiarity: understanding of Azure services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps to support advanced integration needs.Data visualization: advanced skills in Power BI for building complex visualizations and reports.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields (or equivalent experience).Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform, Azure are a plus.
