This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in MYOB, data entry, and general administrative support.As a key member of our operations team, you will help ensure smooth and efficient processes as we continue to grow our reputation for providing safe, reliable, and prompt transport services across South Australia. 
What You'll Be Doing 
Data Entry & MYOB Management: Accurately inputting job details and invoices into MYOB, while maintaining organized records across multiple platforms including MYOB, Excel, and Asana. 
Phone & Email Support: Answering and directing calls/emails with professionalism. 
Accounts Receivable: Managing accounts receivable functions, including tracking outstanding invoices, coordinating payments, and maintaining up-to-date financial records. 
General Admin Tasks: Performing general administrative duties, ensuring smooth workflow and data accuracy, and helping with end-of-month activities. 
Accuracy Checks: Ensuring high standards of data accuracy, especially during the 12-week trial period. 
What We're Looking For 
Proven experience working with MYOB and Excel. 
Strong data entry and administration skills, with a focus on high-volume invoicing and attention to detail. 
Experience assisting with accounts receivable and end-of-month activities. 
A self-starter with excellent communication skills who can work well with both the team and customers. 
Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
