We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Loan Services Officer.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining current file status in appropriate systems
* Ensuring correctness of documents tendered for stamping and lodging for registration
* Attending/arranging stamping and lodging for registration of all loan security documents at various offices
* Ensuring appropriate cheques are submitted for stamping and registration of documents and all general ledgers/suspense accounts are accurately reconciled
* Meeting any agreed productivity targets and ensuring that output statistics are updated to management reporting purposes on a daily basis
* Maintaining a high standard of service delivery, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with service standards
