Building on our successes in Victoria and New South Wales, you will lead and grow Beca’s client activities and relationships across Queensland by advocating for our clients to support their growth and strategic plans.Based in Brisbane and reporting to the General Manager Energy, the role will be responsible for:Leading the strategic growth of Beca’s Power market in Queensland.Identifying opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline and leading bid engagements to grow the Queensland Power business by enhancing existing and building new market opportunities.Driving sales activity for Beca’s portfolio of services including Planning & Environmental, Engineering, Project Management, and Advisory.Growing Beca’s local Brisbane capability to service the Queensland Transmission and Renewable markets, in conjunction with the national manager.Leveraging existing networks to advocate and influence key stakeholders and build prospective partnerships to amplify Beca’s market positioning and brand.Providing governance and leadership for project delivery in the region.Optimizing performance by fostering innovation across the Power portfolio to achieve strategic and sales outcomes.About youYou will have deep market knowledge and extensive power industry connections, with a strong understanding of market dynamics. Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, along with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, are essential.You will work collaboratively across the business to bring out the best in our capabilities for the Queensland region, primarily engaging with Power market leaders and teams to align on strategies.We seek a leader who can grow our business, exceed sales targets, and foster a culture of collaboration.
