+ Managerial allowance + Superannuation ability to work independently under broad direction; adaptability, flexibility and resilience; strong organisational and time-management skills; ability to analyse data, solve problems and manage change; proven capacity to lead service improvement; and competence in leading, supervising, educating and supporting pharmacy and non-pharmacy staff.
Experience – Extensive hospital pharmacy experience supported by leadership, supervisory or management experience within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Previous experience in geriatrics, general medicine and medical specialties will be advantageous.
Knowledge – Strong professional and technical competence in pharmacy practice and services, with comprehensive knowledge of relevant codes of practice, standards and regulatory requirements.
