A great opportunity to join GHD's Victoria business, working with a supportive team with a focus on delivering excellent customer service

We're seeking a dedicated and fast-paced individual in the role of Document Controller and Regional Collaboration Co-ordinator Assistant to enable and support the Document Control of Project Deliverables. Regional Collaboration Co-ordinators enable and support the development and maintenance of effective use of core (engineering) collaboration platforms within a governed enterprise environment.

**This position has great variety and will see you**:

- Document Control
- Project initiation
- Business process improvements
- Learning and development of individuals and teams
- Coordination of regional customisation and configuration within a governed enterprise framework
- Maintenance of collaboration environment health and housekeeping

**What would you bring to the team**:

- Previous experience in similar roles dealing with a technical audience (preferred)
- Project Delivery experience in information management within a project environment
- Experience in delivery of structured information management solutions (highly regarded)
- Experience with applied use of Project Delivery platforms such as ProjectWise Connect Edition and BIM 360 Design (preferred)
- Ability to work both independently with limited supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
- A strong focus on customer service and delivering outcomes
