About the Role
The Northeast Truck Centre, located in Maryborough/Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Sales Consultant/s to join our team. Representing well-known brands including, Hino, Iveco, Western Star and MAN, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their sales career.
Number of positions:
2 x Sunshine Coast – ASAP
1 x Maryborough – Start Date: Flexible / January 2026 (if we get the right candidate, we will start can start you early)
What You'll Do:
* Know Your Customers: Understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle solutions.
* Grow Your Market: Identify new opportunities and expand your customer base
* Drive Sales Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong, consistent flow of leads
* Showcase Vehicles: Create accurate, eye-catching listings across digital platforms
* Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven sales success, ideally in automotive, transport, or heavy vehicle sales
* Relationship-focused with the ability to manage leads and nurture loyal customers
* Ability to work in a face paced environment
* Ambitious and target-driven with a solutions-focused mindset
* Strong negotiation and influence skills
* HR/HC license (desirable)
