About The Role
The Executive Assistant is a trusted business partner to the C-Suite, providing strategic, high-level executive and administrative support to enable effective leadership, governance and delivery of CTM's global priorities.
The role also provides support to the Chairman, ensuring seamless coordination of high-level engagements, correspondence and Board-related activities as required.
Acting as an extension of the executives' office, the EA anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment and maintains the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and stakeholder engagement across CTM's global operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum 10 years' experience supporting C-suite executives and/or Boards within complex, fast-paced or listed organisations.
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to interpret and act on strategic priorities.
Exceptional written communication skills with experience drafting executive correspondence and Board-level documents.
Advanced stakeholder management skills and political acumen in dealing with senior internal and external contacts.
Proven ability to manage competing demands across global time zones with calm, professionalism and confidentiality.
Mastery of Microsoft 365, Teams and Board portals (e.g., Diligent).
Experience supporting governance or company secretariat functions (highly regarded).
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proactive, autonomous self-starter who exercises judgment, prioritises effectively and solves problems resourcefully.
