We are a well established small business covering the areas of Western and South Western Sydney. We offer photography, videography, floor plans, aerial images and a range of additional marketing tools to a broad range of repeat clients within the Real Estate and Commercial Photography sectors.
Due to a change in structure, we are looking to employ a highly skilled, advanced image editor/office administration person. This is primarily a "work from home" position with a requirement to work from the office occasionally for training and development.
Applicants from within the greater Sydney area are welcome to apply, however candidates from within Western Sydney and Macarthur Region are preferred. We will not be accepting out of State applications.
Initially this will be a casual position but will move to a permanent part time role (Mon-Fri) within 6 months for the right candidate.
Once the role has transitioned to permanent part time, it is expected that the typical shift will be between 4 to 8 hours duration but will vary depending on the daily workload. Shift start times will generally be 7am so you will need to be comfortable with early morning starts.

The Role:
Lightroom and Photoshop image editing, quality control and other office administrative duties.
Note that you will not be doing any photography. This is strictly an editing and office administration position.
Your must have attributes:
You need to be highly skilled in Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop.
In addition and even more important will be your ability to look at an image and determine the corrections that are required to bring the image to a consistently high standard. Being able to notice and correct a colour shift, luminosity balancing and small details is vitally important for the role.
You will be fast and efficient with respect to your editing technique and be up to date with the latest Adobe software developments.
You will be process driven, have a friendly and flexible outlook and impeccable attention to detail.
This is an autonomous role and as such you will need to be 100% reliable and self motivated - we value this highly
Ability to always be on time and meet deadlines.
A home office with high speed NBN internet for image downloading/uploading to our servers (ADSL2+ and basic NBN speeds are too slow for image downloading/uploading).
