Karston Homes builds 200 homes a year, mainly focusing on estates in SEQ. The Role:
* Manage a number or residential builds from slab to completion throughout Southeast QLD (Morayfield, Caboolture, Burpengary and surrounding areas)
* Schedule all construction works and coordinate trades and suppliers across all sites
* Solve design and construction issues that arise on site
* Work within and keep to timeframes and budgets
* Oversee all site safety in accordance with OH&S guidelines
* Liaise with clients throughout the project at site visits and completion stages
What You Need:
* Minimum 2+ years as a Residential Site Supervisor
* Current QBCC Site Supervisors licence
* Be computer and technologically literate
* Experience with OnSite Companion Systems
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* The ability to problem solve and have a high attention to detail
* Be a positive, enthusiastic team player with the ability to work autonomously
