Role Description This is a full-time on-site Physiotherapist role located in Callide, QLD. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various physical conditions to improve mobility, manage pain, and promote overall well-being. Day-to-day tasks include creating personalized treatment plans, using therapeutic exercises and techniques, monitoring patient progress, and providing education on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is also an essential part of the role.
Qualifications Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and developing tailored treatment plansProficiency in therapeutic techniques, rehabilitation programs, and physical therapy modalitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and educate them about treatment and careAbility to work effectively in a team, as collaboration with other healthcare professionals is keyOrganizational abilities and attention to detail for monitoring patient progress and maintaining accurate documentationRegistration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a PhysiotherapistExperience in aged care or similar healthcare environments is an asset
