The opportunity.
As our
Marketing Specialist
, you'll be the central coordinator for integrated campaigns - owning the brief, timelines, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high‑quality outcomes on time and in scope. You'll translate business objectives into actionable plans, keep stakeholders aligned, and champion brand consistency and compliance.
This specialist position is accountable for:
* Lead end‑to‑end campaigns
across digital and traditional channels, including post‑campaign reviews and insights.
* Partner with stakeholders
to clarify goals, manage feedback loops, and secure timely approvals.
* Oversee content & brand governance
—briefing creative teams/agencies and ensuring outputs meet quality and regulatory standards.
* Own organic social strategy
to build engagement and brand affinity; monitor performance and optimise.
* Support the branch network
with toolkits, templates, events, and local activation that aligns with national campaigns.
* Run the marketing workflow
—project tracking, reporting, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
* Manage budgets & vendors
to deliver efficiently and effectively.
* Report on outcomes
—maintain dashboards and share insights against KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion).
* Champion compliance & governance
within a regulated environment
About you.
You're curious, digitally driven, project‑literate, and streamlined—keeping the bank safe while keeping members informed. You collaborate widely, communicate clearly, and proactively improve processes to remove bottlenecks.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
* 3–5 years in marketing/communications with a track record delivering integrated campaigns.
* Strength in stakeholder engagement and project management across cross‑functional teams and agencies.
* Skills in content, social, analytics/reporting, budget management, and marketing tech (CRM/CMS/analytics).
* A degree in Marketing/Communications/Business (or equivalent experience); certifications in digital or project management highly regarded.
* Experience in financial services/member‑based/regulated industries and supporting distributed networks is a plus.
