The Role
This is a position for a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to report directly to a people focused business leader who cares about their staff. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
The Role;
* Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approximately 100 properties
* NO weekends, No Trust accounting No Leasing
* Focus on building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
* Work for a family friendly business that genuinely cares about their staff
The awards and benefits:
* Up to $85,000 - $90,000 + Super
* Flexible working hours

The ideal Property Manager:
* Minimum 2 years experience managing a residential portfolio
* A current Certificate of Registration
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Great presentation skills
* Be a motivated self-starter
