About the Position
BaptistCare is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our growing team in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, helping older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.
Your Key Responsibilities
* To assess the physiotherapy needs of clients and develop individualised programs to meet their requirements.
* To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
* To maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans.
* To contribute to the development of new initiatives and services that promote the wellbeing of older Australians.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
* Post graduate experience working with in a variety of aged care services including rehabilitation and community settings.
* Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Computer literacy.

* Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
* Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance.
