The Role
* Manage residential builds from start to completion
* Supervise sites, trades, and schedules
* Ensure all works comply with plans, specifications, and Tasmanian building regulations
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation
* Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and management
About You
* Qualified Builder with residential construction experience
* Strong site management and leadership skills
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Reliable, organised, and committed to quality outcomes
* Current driver's licence
