The Opportunity
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead eCommerce projects and retainers from planning through to delivery, ensuring work is executed smoothly, on time, and within budget. This role is central to delivering exceptional client outcomes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and building trusted, long‐term client relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing end-to-end delivery of eCommerce projects and retainers across planning, execution, and launch.
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Overseeing timelines, budgets, project documentation, and workflow coordination across cross-functional teams.
* Supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes through proactive problem solving, strong organisation, and attention to detail.
* Working collaboratively with design, development, and strategy teams to ensure projects deliver both commercially and creatively.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in project management and/or delivery management, ideally in a digital agency, eCommerce, or fast‐paced client services environment.
* Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and manage multiple stakeholders confidently.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, competing priorities, and project delivery from end to end.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
* Experience using project management tools and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
* Understanding of eCommerce best practice, with Shopify or Shopify Plus exposure highly regarded.
