The Role
AECOM is delivering some of Australia's most critical water infrastructure projects. With major investment in dam infrastructure and long-term partnerships with dam owners nationwide, we offer an unparalleled opportunity to work on complex and high-impact projects across the country.
As part of our industry leading Dams team, you'll contribute to feasibility studies, design, construction and asset management, collaborating with specialists nationally and internationally to develop sustainable water solutions.
How you'll make a difference
* Lead and manage embankment dam engineering projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support.
* Oversee and interpret geotechnical investigations and ensure design work aligns with ANCOLD Guidelines and project requirements.
* Provide technical leadership, review and coordination across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strong client communication.
* Support business growth by leading proposals, contributing to high-quality project delivery and mentoring junior team members.

* A relevant tertiary degree, CPEng, RPEV and proven experience in the dams industry.
* Proven ability to manage complex dam projects and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
* Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving, organisational and commercial skills, and the ability to build effective client relationships.
* Collaborative and detail-focused professional who shows initiative and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
